These Terms of Service apply to the web application and digital report products provided by LingchiAI, operated by Qingdao Zesen Engine Information Technology Co., Ltd. ("we", "us", or "our").

2. Product Description

AI Stack Starter Report is a digital report product generated by a web application based on structured user inputs. It is not consulting, legal advice, financial advice, medical advice, tax advice, or investment advice.

3. No Guarantee of Business Results

The report does not guarantee revenue, return on investment (ROI), business growth, or any specific business outcome. It is designed to help reduce tool confusion and execution waste. Your results depend on your market, effort, and execution.

4. User Responsibilities

Users are responsible for providing accurate and truthful information when submitting inputs for report generation. The quality and relevance of the generated report depend on the information provided by the user.

5. Intellectual Property

All pages, report structures, content templates, and underlying logic are the intellectual property of LingchiAI. Users who purchase or generate a report may use it for personal or internal business reference. Users may not scrape, copy, resell, redistribute, or commercially exploit the report structure or content without prior written consent.

6. Prohibited Use

Users may not abuse, scrape, copy, resell, or reverse-engineer the web application or generated reports. Automated access, bulk data extraction, and unauthorized redistribution are prohibited.

7. Orders and Payment

The AI Stack Starter Report is a one-time digital report product. If a user completes payment through an available checkout or payment provider, the order is processed digitally and the report is generated through the web application based on the user's submitted answers.

Payment processing may be handled by a third-party payment provider. LingchiAI does not store full card data on its own servers.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, LingchiAI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of or inability to use the digital report product.
